Two Dedicated Spaces for Learning

I hope this update finds you well. Today, I'm excited to share an important evolution in my content creation journey that I believe will better serve our growing community.

Why the Change?

Over the past several years on 10xManager, I've been publishing two blogs monthly covering a broad spectrum of topics:

• Management frameworks and leadership principles

• Technological advancements, with a particular focus on AI

As the AI landscape continues to accelerate at an unprecedented pace, I've noticed my content gradually shifting to accommodate more AI-focused discussions. While these explorations have been well-received, I recognize that many of you originally subscribed for the management and leadership insights that formed the foundation of 10xManager.

The New Direction

After careful consideration, I'm making the following changes:

1. A New, Dedicated AI Substack

I'll be launching a separate Substack publication exclusively dedicated to artificial intelligence topics. This new platform will allow me to:

• Explore AI developments in greater depth

• Share technical insights, use cases, and implementation strategies

• Analyze AI's impact across various industries

• Discuss emerging trends, ethical considerations, and future possibilities

• Build a community specifically interested in AI's transformative potential

2. Refocusing 10xManager

10xManager will return to its core mission, concentrating on:

• Leadership strategies that drive high-performing teams

• Management frameworks that scale

• Organizational development and culture building

• Career growth for technical leaders

• Decision-making processes for engineering managers

3. New Publishing Cadence

The 10xManager publication will shift to a less frequent but more focused publishing schedule. Rather than maintaining the current twice-monthly cadence, I'll be publishing more comprehensive, thoughtful pieces when I have valuable insights to share, prioritizing depth and relevance over rigid scheduling.

What This Means For You

If you're primarily interested in management content, you'll now receive more focused, relevant articles without the AI-related content that may not align with your interests.

If you've been following for the AI discussions, I’ll be auto-subscribing you to the new AI-focused publication when it launches in the coming weeks. Of course, you're welcome to stay subscribed to both publications if you find value in both areas—or unsubscribe from either at any time.
